My Approach
Deep Listening
Every therapeutic journey begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. I strive to create a warm, affirming space where adults, couples, and LGBTQIA+ individuals can speak openly, without fear of judgment, shame, or cultural misunderstanding.
Cultural Context
I understand the weight of family expectations, cultural identity, gender roles, and the complexity of navigating multiple worlds and versions of yourself. Whether you are an adult, couple, or LGBTQIA+ individual, your identity and lived experience are welcomed with respect.
Integrative Practice
Trained in RECBT from the Albert Ellis Institute, with additional expertise in DBT, ACT, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt Therapy, and Art Therapy. I draw from somatic approaches, EMDR-informed practices, and EFT where appropriate.
Lasting Transformation
Your cultural background, identity, and lived experiences are not barriers to healing, they are valuable parts of who you are. Together, we work toward building practical tools, emotional clarity, and deeper self-understanding that support meaningful and lasting change.
